"I was certainly at the end of my rope"​

"You don't look like what you've been through."  That saying is true for me and it would remain that way. However, I find it necessary to take a moment to be transparent because it may give someone hope. It may keep them here. It may be that ray of light in their world of darkness.

Upon meeting Denika, I was certainly at the end of my rope. Backed into a corner with no where else to go. From meds to counseling and therapy, I had tried it all. Nothing worked. The only thing I knew was that I had an internal problem and it was affecting every important aspect of my life, especially my relationships. Again, everything I tried previously failed, so I doubted Denika would be much help.

And man was I wrong!

In working with Denika, I've discovered just how much trauma I had incurred and stored up over time and both the short and long term effects of my unprocessed trauma (or S.H.I.T. as she calls it). In addition, she's given me perspective that I hadn't considered before. What sets Denika apart from others is her approach. There's no pressure with her. However you feel and whatever you feel is valid. But she will test the conclusions you've drawn. And if there's a better alternative she will assist you in emotionally/spiritually graduating to that greater alternative with her gift.

Though my work is not done, in just 2 months of working with Denika, I have a fresh outlook on life. Far different from what I began with. A new attitude and growing confidence that I can work through life's adversity. Denika has helped me see that it is all within me. I do not say this lightly; Denika is a GODSEND! There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that she works for the light and has a very Divine purpose for being here!
