The Origin: Where the S.H.I.T. Began
After decades of holding space for women navigating the deepest layers of emotional pain --
Shame, Hurt, Insecurities, and Triggers — I witnessed a universal truth:
Women were carrying emotional weight that was suffocating their purpose.
They weren’t broken.
They weren’t "too much."
They weren’t incapable.
They were simply burdened.
Burdened by past stories.
Burdened by emotional trauma.
Burdened by the expectations of everyone but themselves.
The Let the S.H.I.T. Go™ method was born out of that reality — a compassionate, direct, loving call for women to release what was never meant to define them.
But as I walked deeper into this work, the Divine made something clear:
Women don’t just need to heal. They need to rise. They need to ascend.
And from that revelation, the HER Ascension Collection emerged.
