Do not rush through it. Be honest with yourself. Be open. Be willing. The more truth you bring to these pages, the more powerfully this experience can meet you in the room.

Then, the day of the conference, return to pages 17–32 to reflect on what was revealed, what was released, and what you are now ready to reclaim.
